Piso Aetos beach is located next to the port of Piso Aetos. The beach is rocky and covered by shade several hours a day. The beach has no facilities but nevertheless a canteen operates at the port.

Acropolis of Alalkomenes is an archaeological site to the right of the highest point of the main road from Aetos to  Piso Aetos .

In front of Aetos, just meters above the sea, with direct access from a public road, is the small and beautiful church of St. Nicholas.
