Whether you are with your partner to follow the pursuits of walking and enjoying nature in the cooler months, wanting a quiet escape alone, or with your family to enjoy the summer sun, Levendis gives you the holiday you’ve often dreamed about.
Perhaps a blissful massage treatment in our forest pavilion or a yoga or pilates class before breakfasting at the coffee shop, hiking with a knowledgeable guide, hours poolside, or choosing a hammock or chaise-lounge in the shade with a cool spritzer and a favourite book – after putting in your order to the Chef for one of his dinner options of course! – all are at hand and we are at your service.
Meanwhile, your children will have made new friends, leaving you time to enjoy being at peace. Typically they will spend hours with board and card games, starting at the morning Coffee Shop tables and continuing poolside. They will adventure in the forest, care for the animals, roam together in the safety of the Estate, fritter hours away in the pool, enjoy a children’s yoga class together; and they are sure to want to help choose the film of the week, screened at our Forest Cinema. All the while, you will be holidaying!
Your house at Levendis is shaded by olive trees, set into its own private landscaped gardens and quite private from other houses on the Estate. Your lawns are littered with a variety of outdoor lounging options and dining facilities.
The house is of traditional Ionian design, built with natural materials and styled for easy holiday living. With cool stone flags thoughout, a fully equipped kitchen is open plan to a living area furnished with comfortable couches and day beds to take advantage of window spaces framing views across the bay below. French doors lead from each of the two bedrooms to slat-and-vine covered verandahs and you will wake to peaceful seascape views each morning.
