Votsalo Villa is a two storey building which measures 115sqm and can easily accommodate 2-5 persons.
The ground floor consists of a private entrance, bedroom with two single beds, private bathroom with hydro massage, satellite TV, air-conditioning, small kitchenette with fridge, frappe machine, toaster, ironing board, iron, cooking facilities and all utensils plus courtyard with views over the sea and picturesque village.
The second floor has a spacious living room, dining table for six persons, satellite TV, DVD player, air-conditioning, bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with hydro massage, furnished balconies with magnificent views, large fully equipped kitchen with oven / hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, frappe machine, kettle, juicer, ironing board, iron, washing machine and all utensils.
The villa also has a selection of table games.
The villa has been designed with comfort and luxury in mind, many of the features are handmade using traditional construction methods and the décor throughout emanates style and splendour. On arrival you will be greeted with a welcome pack in the villa.

The Villa Votsalo is situated in Kioni on the north coast of Ithaca, at a location with magnificent panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, in between two small ports on one of the most beautiful routes of the island next to the sea.
The villa takes its name from the cool smooth pebbles (Votsalo) which the beach is made from.
The magnificent views from the villa include many nearby islands and the famous island of Lefkada.
Kioni is the premier resort of Ithaca (or Ithaki) and one of the most picturesque village ports in the Ionian islands of Greece.
Set within a horseshoe bay, the neoclassical houses of the village tumble right down to quayside.

The bay, the flanking slopes of olives and its winding streets through pretty, flower-tangled houses and its harbour front make it one of the Ionians top villages.
Ithaca has many secluded Beaches which can only be visited by boat as well as many that can be visited by land. The nightlife of the island is fairly relaxed, there is a bar located next to the sea that is open until late, tavernas and shops.
Other bars and clubs can be found in the nearby town of Frikes which is located 3.5km from the villa.
