Daily airplanes depart from Athens (“Eleftherios Venizelos” airport) for Kefalonia Island. Than you have to take one of the passenger ferries to Ithaca. 

 

At the months of summer, many charter airplanes go to Kefalonia.

The airport is located in Kefalonia S-SW of the island, 10 km from the capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli.
