Poulenta

Poulenta is a traditional cream with cournflour eaten hot in the cold winter days.
What we need:
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 cups. coffee black currant
- 6 tbsp. sugar P.
- 1 1/3 cup. corn flour
- cinnamon (optional)
How we do it:
Boil the water with the raisins over medium heat 5-6 minutes.
Then add the milk, sugar and flour. Stir continuously with whisk over low heat until custard thickens.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon.
