Sarakiniko Beach

Sarakiniko beach is situated about 3 kilometers from Vathy and is close to Filiatro beach. It boasts of a brilliant natural setting.

 

It is very quiet and calm with a dazzling sea and a pebbly beach. The seawater has a bluish tinge adding to the magnetism of the beach and its surroundings. Sarakiniko beach has ample shade areas due to the cypresses and the olive trees that dot the landscape. Sunbathing on the pebbly surface is a common feature on this beach, since there are basically no amenities.
