Piso Aetos beach is located next to the port of Piso Aetos. The beach is rocky and covered by shade several hours a day. The beach has no facilities but nevertheless a canteen operates at the port.

The beach Mnimata or else Minimata (messages)  is located three kilometers northeast of Vathy in the Bay of Skinos. Due to its proximity from the center of the island Vathy attracts many people who choose it for its blue waters.

Above the beach Loytsa, high on the hill are two Venetian cannon, creating a beautiful picture in the general area.

The building of the shipowner Drakoylis, is a trademark of Vathy.

The statue of Odysseus  is in the waterfront of the central square in Vathy.

The bust of Homer in the central square of Ithaca in Vathy, is crafted by the sculptor Stathis Alexopoulos.

The monument is located in Vathi, close to the main square, opposite the mansion Drakoyli.

North of  the town Vathy is the Cave of the Nymphs , which is a cave sanctuary , dedicated to the Nymphs .
